Welcome to KPOS!

Here we’ve put together a quick checklist so that you can get your store set up and running in no time!

  1. Setup Your Locations – If you have more than one location, add them all before you begin. Once you have locations set up, make sure to add the different Registers at your stores.
  2. Credit Card Processing – your store can process credit card payments. If you need help setting up your hardware, see the documentation here
  3. Setup Suppliers – Want to do advanced reporting or autogenerate supply orders later? Fill out your supplier information.
  4. Add Your Items – Items in KPOS can be anything from a physical object like a cell phone charger to a service such as a massage. Whatever you sell at your store, you can start by adding it as an item for customers to purchase.
  5. Add Employees – Setup the employees and their permissions.
  6. Start Selling!

We want you up and running, but don’t think that’s the end of the features available to you! There are many advanced options to let you customize your store however you need. Some examples:
